During a spending plan development engagement, BRPS will review your income and expenses to identify opportunities to reduce your expenses and, if possible, increase your income.
Bill Paying Services
This is the outsourcing of the payment of your monthly bills to BRPS Consulting. It is recommended that clients elect paperless billing and electronic payment from your checking account. This is the simplest and most secure way to pay your monthly bills. For paper bills, which cannot be transferred to paperless, the bills could be sent directly to BRPS or the client can continue to receive the bills and send them to BRPS via email or mail.
BRPS will review each bill for errors and fraud, and ensure each is paid on-time and correctly. Medical bills will be reconciled to the insurance company’s EOB (Explanation of Benefits). This is to ensure you are not being balanced bill by providers, which is not allowed for in-network providers.
An accounting of your bills and payments made will be reported to you monthly through email, on your own personal Google Drive, or mailed to your home, with a copy to your trusted individual. All original invoices/bills can be reviewed on the vendor on-line accounts. If you wish to see any and do not have a computer, BRPS Consulting will come to your home and walk you through the process. This is to protect your personal information from being stored in too many locations.
